       The electro hydraulic forging hammer can save above 80-90% more energy than steam hammer which is the common understanding of personage of machinery industry. It doesn’t need boiler, removes smoke pollution, this improve worker’s working condition, so that the electro hydraulic forging hammer is a product protecting environment, a replace product of steam hammer.

2.The operation is convenience, lowering and the act is agility

       The operating system is simple, you can operate it by one hand or one feet to do hit, return, up slowly, down slowly, scram, hanging hammer and other act needed by forging process, this is similar to steam hammer, but is more lowering and agility than steam hammer.

3.System work safety, it has safety locking motion

       aa)Hydraulic system adopts motor pump unit, electric control unloading valve, accumulator, the top of accumulator have a huoer switch oil level control component, replaced the electro connecting pressure gauge or pressure relay, removed accumulator hit top and heavy pressure overflow heat up, controlled the system oil temperature. This can meet 24 hours work in summer.

       bb)When continuous operation, the hydraulic station have outside loop cooling system, hand the heat to cooling water by plate type heat exchanger, so the oil temperature can be control. When the oil temperature is 55℃, system will be alarm auto, and stop machine when oil temperature is 60℃ to protect system element.

       cc)The oil suction of every oil pump has oil filter with differential pressure relay. When oil filter screen was block, system will be alarm, if you don’t clean the oil filter screen on time, system will force to stop machine to protect oil pump.

       dd)There is easing valve to prevent the harmful effect carried out by pressure rise when stop hammer rapidly.

       ee)The up of main cylinder has cushioned cylinder to prevent hit up.

       ff)There is oil level controller on oil tank, it keeps quantitative oil in oil tank to prevent oil pump suck all the oil and oil was more consumed.

       gg)The oil tank has electric heater for cold zone.

       hh)There is pressure gauge on gage stand, the gage stand hanging on trubeline stand by spring, this can decrease quake for gauge and improved the life of pressure gauge.

4.Special structure is more fair and more safety

aa)The hammer head and hammer body adopt ”X” type guide, this can enhance the guiding precision, improve the life of hammer rod and the precision of work piece.

bb)All the link cylinder girder part adopt no pipe line design, the main cylinder body is whole cast steel product, this can improve the operating life of line cylinder girder.

cc)There isn’t a absorb accumulator in pressure trubeline.

dd)Free forging and die forging electro hydraulic forging hammer body, bottom plate and anvil block are whole cast steel, this can ensure enough intension and operating life.

ee)Electro hydraulic forging hammer has two types, thick hammer rod body, thin hammer rod type.

ff)The link between hammer rod and hammer head adopts one wimble or bipyramid type, this can reduce hammer rod break and pull out, and the installation is simple.

gg)The hammer rod and piston are integration, piston surface is bit copper hammer stem surface adopts rolling depression craftwork, roughness is 0.4.

hh)The install position of oil tank and motor has tilde type and double-floor type.(You can choose the type according to you workshop area)
